Most of the horses listed are currently being ridden by children in the Little Tykes Drill Team located in Pleasanton Texas.
Ruby
Ruby is a 14 year old Appaloosa. She has been with us for 6 years now. Ruby was in a terrible trailer accident 2 years ago in October she was the only survivor out of 3. She was in surgery for over 1 hour having asphalt and bone chips removed from her back. She was in Chaparral Veterinary Care Hospital for 1 week. Her eye socket had to be rebuilt and she almost lost an ear. 7 months later after extensive daily care Ruby was able to be ridden again.
Sunny
The first pic is copied directly off of the Coggins we had done 2 days after buying Sunny. Sunny is a 7 year old Quarter Horse/Appaloosa and came to us in August of 2007 from a 400 acre ranch where he was not cared for. Sunny had extensive weed burns on him that caused his face to be not only burned but the hair ¾ of the way up his blaze was gone. He was also missing the hair off of the back portions of his pasterns. Sunny was extremely under fed and the lack of water showed as well in his flanks. After his immediate vet check, steroid shot, deworming also received from Chaparral Veterinary Clinic you can see Sunny in the second pic (6 mos later) where he has turned out to be healthy and happy.
Grandma
Grandma is a 15 year old Thoroughbred mare that came to us thin and older but otherwise healthy.
Cheyanne
Cheyanne is the exception to the drill team; she came to us with a head injury as well as terribly wormy and under weight. Unfortunately she was very shy and untrusting and needed more handling than the children would be able to give, so we got her healthy and happy and placed her in a home where she would get a lot more
Lady Love
Lady is an 8 year old Quarter horse and joined our family December 19th, 2006 and has made a special place in our heart.
Candy
Candy joined our family in March of 2008 and is making great strides. Candy came to us from a Horse Rescue that saved her from slaughter. She was severely under weight but is bouncing back. As of September 2008 Candy has gained almost 500lbs. We floated her teeth gave her a Power Pac wormer and she is on a strict regiment of deworming and recieves her senior food as well as a lb of Mega weight builder daily.

Dollar
Unlike the other horses at our home, Dollar 18 year old Arabian gelding and Sinesta (Below him) , were donated to our home healthy and happy by a wonderfull woman who loved and cared for them for the past 10 years. She had reached a point in her life where she was unable to care for them in the manner she was accustomed to. She has placed them in the care of us at F and C Farm. She lives close by and is able to visit them often and they love it! We were not only blessed with Dollar and Sinesta but we were blessed with the way all of the rest of the family took to them. They have adjusted well and seem to enjoy socializing with the other seniors as well as the children.

Sinesta
26 year old Arabian mare.

Star Light 6/15
Star Light is a 6 year old Paso Fino mare who came to us June 15th 2008 emaciated and covered in weed burns. We made her a special corral 30' X 38' completely shaded to aid in her recovery. We are excited about her future growth and look forward to introducing her to our Drill Team next year. See Star's progress pictures below.
